JASON JENKINS is a God-send! I either don’t receive an email letting me know when y’all are coming to do my service, or like yesterday, I get an email, but it’s all wrong! It’s very frustrating! But I am giving 5 stars, because no matter what the mix-up is from the main office, Jason goes out his way and makes it work every time! Bug out, you have a jewel in Jason Jenkins! He deserves MAJOR KUDOS!!! If it weren’t for Jason, I would have stopped using your services a long time ago. Thanks, Jason!!

Juan Briceño always does such a great job. He is very thorough and makes sure to treat every area for pest. He is so friendly and such a great Representative for Bug Out Pest Control. He has treated our house about 3 times on our quarterly treatment plan and he is very professional and dependable. I am very pleased with his work and the fact that I haven’t seen any bugs at all.

We always have a fabulous experience with Bug out! They go above and beyond asking questions about problems and explaining the treatment that they are using and what to expect. They also guarantee their work. If pests come back then they will come back and retreat for free! Juan and Josh are wonderful to work with and always do a great job!

Daniel and Bug Out have performed our extermination service for almost a year and we highly recommend them. Daniel is prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, and always provides an update on what he’s done while on the property.

Our technician for this visit was Zach Williams. He was here for the routine "bug" inspection and treatment. Zach has always arrived on time, asks us if we have had any problems, and then does the treatments inside and outside the house. There are several good technicians working at Bugout and Zach is among their best.
