Zach from Bug Out is amazing! He has made this anxious postpartum mom feel so relieved. When I was in my “nesting” phase, I started finding spiders in my daughter’s future nursery and a ton of ant beds outside. He came over immediately and was so patient! I haven’t seen a single bug in the house in a month and our ant beds outside are close to gone. Thank you again Zach!

Robert is arguably the most helpful and reliable pest control personnel I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He is professional, relatable, and above all else competent in his role and ensuring my house as well as countless others are properly maintained to limit insects and all the other various critters that would love to make my house their home. I will always recommend him as well as Bug Out for any pest control related services that individuals may need.

Juan was Very pleasant and efficient. It rained right after he left. I notified him and he kindly rescheduled to come respray outside premises. I appreciate him. We were skeptical about keeping Bug Out as our pest control people because initially one person came and didn’t do a good job, seemed very rushed and didn’t complete service. We called and the supervisor apologized and sent someone else out next day. They sent Juan and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and very nice.
