Bug Out has not handled things as well as Ds Pest Control used to. The scheduling process is terrible. I never know when my appt is going to be until almost the day of. That does not work well for people with full time jobs. However, Rodney is exceptional at his job. He always calls me ahead of time before coming and shows up on time. He is always friendly and works quickly. Best of all, it really works to keep the bugs away! I'm very happy with Rodney, but Bug Out needs to work on there scheduling and communication.

I had a great experience with this company. I was skeptical at first, yes, because of reviews. They; however, did show up on time. They were very profesional. They did bring the wrong product for preventive care initially, but this was easily resolved by a phone call. On the next treatment visit, all was corrected. I was so impressed that I have booked them for continued treatment. Very impressed.

Don't pay the technicians in cash. I made that mistake, and now they're saying I didn't pay him. Other than that, they are a pretty good company. I won't work with anyone who steals, though, so I won't pay them twice, and I won't have them back.

Brandon came by to complete the walkthrough. He was very patient, listened to my concerns, met my fur babies all with a humorous expression and attitude of attention & kindness. They came out exterminated the flea issue and now my fur babies lie around without the constant irritation of flea bites. We are so comfortable now and I can rest assured our comfort will continue year round. The price was well worth our comfort and peace.
